Centre Manager Position

At Carrwood Park we pride ourselves on the first class customer service delivered to our customers in stunningly appointed and professional business centres. The Centre Manager has overall responsibility for the smooth running and attentive management of their centre.

 

High levels of customer service and customer satisfaction are the main focus of this role to help meet the expectations and requirements of our customers.  This ‘hands on’ customer facing role, includes working closely as part of a team. If you can demonstrate excellent customer facing skills, organisational and planning skills with a level of maturity then we would love to hear from you.

 

We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manage Role at our offices in Garforth, if you feel you can show these skills and would like to become part of our team, we will provide you with an excellent working environment set in our first class surroundings, with lots of customer contact. Key Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure the smooth and happy day to day running of the Business Centre.
  • Ensuring the building’s appearance and cleanliness supports a professional impression to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations.
  • Respond to and help solve client issues.
  • To try and create new business from generating leads and referrals etc.
  • The ability to prioritise within a constantly changing environment.
  • Ensure client details are up to date and accurate.
  • To carry out reception duties.
