Boardrooms at Carrwood range from 800 to 1350 square feet. The smaller boardrooms are suitable for up to 18 guests and larger ones can cater for up to 50 people in an auditorium style set-up.
Our conferencing suites can accommodate up to 120 guests in style. We cater for any style you may want for you meeting whether it be board room, theatre style, or conference style.
Abi Dickinson is the Centre Manager in Building 5. Building 5 homes serviced offices here as well as meeting rooms. This centre was the first unit to be built on the park, it is a very busy centre with a great friendly atmosphere.
We have a variety of office space from 2 to 20 man offices, a large atrium and hot desk facilities that are kept busy almost every day.
We have 4 meeting rooms in this particular centre where we hold internal meetings for resident customers & external customers. We can cater from a 2 man meeting room up to a 120 delegate meeting in our Carrwood Suite.
Karen is our housekeeper, she services all the meetings & looks after the customer’s daily needs, always making sure the coffee is topped up!

Joanne has worked at Carrwood Park for three years, working as the Business Centre Manager in Building 4. Building 4 is home to 10 different companies - varying in size and covering a variety of different businesses.
We are a quiet building with a large open space in the upstairs atrium where customers can sit a chill or hold informal meetings – there is a lot of interaction between the staff of the various companies which provides a very friendly, almost family like atmosphere.
Nicci is the Centre Manager who looks after Building 3. Building 3 is a busy building; occupied by over 150 customers and 5 meeting rooms. We house the largest company on site and we have a great family atmosphere.
