Providing a land line provides customers with confidence in your business. If you are unable to answer your calls or you simply want us to provide a basic 'reception' service then we can answer your calls in your 'company name' and can either forward your caller to a personalised voice mail or e-mail you the message. If you wish to take the service one step further, we can put a phone in your home office. This allows you to receive the calls as if you had a receptionist in the next room. You can also control and change how we handle your calls on a daily basis depending how your schedule is panning out.
DDI - Provide a landline for your business that can be forwarded to either your personalised voicemail or your mobile number (forwarding charges may apply). A voice message can be automatically be e-mailed to a BlackBerry (foc) or a smart phone where you can obtain real-time message retrieval.
Reception to Answerphone - Sometimes, the personal touch is important to our customers. This package allows you to cost effectively have calls answered for you by one of our professional Team Members. They will answer the call in your Company Name and then forward the caller to your personalised answer phone. This gives the caller the benefit of a human voice answering the calls and facilitating messages, whilst minimising the resources required- and therefore costs- in taking messages.
Messages e-mailed or text - A fully functioning message service where calls are answered in your company name and an e-mail or text sent to you with the message and contact details of the caller.
Directors phone - We will provide you with a phone which you plug in to your broadband router in your home/ office. This will act as if an extension is being used from our telephone system. If you are in your home/office we will try to connect phone calls through to you and you will be able to answer without any forwarding charges. If you are not in your office, then a function button can be pressed which will alert us so that we can either take a message or forward the call to your personalised voicemail. Please note this option must be taken in conjunction with either options two or three. You can also call out on the phone and this will allow you to benefit from our preferential package call rates.
